Form 8857 Redesign

Form 8857 has been redesigned by the IRS to four pages for efficiency and to decrease the processing time for a dynamoRequest. Most of the new questions asked on Form 8857 are a result of a merge with the associated 12510 Questionnaire. Previously when the IRS received Form 8857, they would send out the additional 12510 Questionnaire for the taxpayer to fill out and send back.
